Once the option to change a Recommender is possible for you, a link will be visible under “My Settings” with which you can change your Recommender online. If the link is not available or if you have any questions regarding the change of Recommender please contact your Service Team.

Cashback World and those Loyalty Merchants to whom the Member has given consent for the transfer of data will use the data for internal marketing purposes. This will help to improve the provided services and our Loyalty Merchant's range of offers.
You can reset your password with the function "Forgotten password" in the login area. You can also have your user name sent to you by email or SMS by using the function "Forgotten user name". Tip: Unless you have changed it, your username is the email address you used to register with Cashback World.
If you have forgotten your PIN, you can request a new PIN to be sent to you by SMS in your profile under "My Settings". If your mobile phone number is no longer up-to-date and you have forgotten your PIN, please contact your Service Team.
