Start by checking whether you have entered your bank details correctly under "My Settings" in your profile. We need the name of the bank, the account holder’s name, account number and the IFSC Code. If your bank details are correct but you still haven't received your payment, contact your Service Team.
If the Cashback collected reaches the payout threshold of INR 250 but you have failed to enter the correct account details it will expire after 6 months. If you fail to reach the payout threshold of INR 250, the collected Cashback will expire after 3 years.
As a Member of Cashback World, you will receive up to 15% of your total purchase amount in the form of Cashback for every purchase you make at a Loyalty Merchant. This Cashback is added to "My Benefits" in your profile on the Cashback World website, where you can check it at any time. Once you have collected at least INR 250 of Cashback from your personal purchases and filled out your bank account data under "My Settings", the amount will be transferred to your private bank account.
You can shop using your Cashback World Card in store at a Loyalty Merchant or at one of our Online Loyalty Merchants to secure your shopping benefits. A list of Loyalty Merchants and the shopping benefits available can be found using our Search function.
