Start by checking whether you have entered your bank details correctly in the ‘My Settings’ in your profile. We need the name of the bank name, the account holder, IBAN and BIC. If your bank details are correct but you still haven't received your payment, contact your Service Team. Please check first whether you have chosen to allow your Cashback to accumulate for the purpose of buying eVouchers. If you would like to change this setting, please contact your Service Team.

If the Cashback collected reaches the payout threshold of AU$ 15 but you have failed to enter the correct bank details it will expire after 6 months. If you fail to reach the payout threshold of AU$ 15, the collected Cashback will expire after 3 years.

Cashback is normally transferred on Thursdays, provided you have collected at least AUD 15-worth of benefits and entered all of your bank account details into ‘My Settings’ unless you have chosen to accumulate your Cashback for the purpose of purchasing eVouchers. If you would like to change this setting, please contact your Service Team.

As a Member of Cashback World, you will receive up to 5% of your total purchase amount in the form of Cashback on every purchase made with a Loyalty Merchant. This Cashback is added to the ‘My Benefits’ section of your profile on the Cashback World website, where you can check it at any time.

Should you have collected a minimum of AUD 15’s worth of Cashback due to personal purchases and have filled out your bank details in the ‘My Settings’ section, the sum will be bank transferred to your private bank account. Alternatively, you can use your Cashback - depending on the country in which you live and the date of your registration – to purchase eVouchers as soon as you have collected one cent.

In addition to Cashback, you automatically receive Shopping Points for every purchase you make at a Loyalty Merchant. You can redeem your accumulated Shopping Points for Loyalty Merchants' exclusive Shopping Point Deals or for our Price Deals to secure amazing discounts.

You can shop using your Cashback Card in store at a Loyalty Merchant or at one of our Online Loyalty Merchants to secure your shopping benefits. A list of Loyalty Merchants and the shopping benefits available can be found using our Search function.

To find out how much Cashback you have collected, go to "My Benefits" under your profile on the Cashback World website. To check whether your bank details are correct for your payments, go to "My Settings".
